The suites are finished in luxury materials with natural wood accents and modern decor. Semi-private windows, high CRI LED lighting, sound insulation, warm wood textures and accent lighting run through the space, along with spa-like scents and subtle music. The building runs 24hr surveillance and access control, with a dedicated property manager, an on-site concierge and common area maintenance.

Signature runs 99-110 SQ/FT, an intimate space for budding professionals building clientele or established pros offering one-on-one service. Premium runs 126-150 SQ/FT, suited to an established professional, with larger windows and more space to define your brand. Storefront is the largest at 185-250 SQ/FT, with industry exclusive private entry and space for several workstations. Free covered parking, a dedicated property manager and an on-site concierge come with the building, and being within ATTIVA and near other luxury apartment buildings is an opportunity for built-in clientele, collaborative marketing and walk-in business.
